Delaware Humanities and The University of Delaware will host a lecture and discussion with Pulitzer Prize-winning author David E. Hoffman on Thursday, April 13, at 7 p.m. The event will focus on America’s current relationship with Russia. The lecture will ask the question, “a generation after the Soviet collapse, what went wrong?” and will address how the Cold War formed the current relationship between the United States and Russia.
